I attended three seminars in the preparation for the CSE, but this seminar is by far the best one. Dean Lee provides for you the necessary tools and direction needed to pass this exam the first time. The amount of information you need to know to pass this exam is immense and overwhelming, but Dean helps to break down the information to a simpler level, making it much easier to study and understand.

I feel that without Dean’s seminar, there is no way I would have passed this exam my first time. The unique and intimate format of his seminar gives you the real life exam experience needed to pass this exam.

I highly recommend this seminar and highly recommend buying the flash cards, without them both I would be signing up for the next exam in six months…

Hello Dean,

I attended your seminars back in March & April of this year, and I bought the PassXFlash flash cards you offered at the 2nd seminar. Starting in May, I began memorizing, word-for-word, the answers to each and every flash card. It was quite an undertaking, and initially I thought I may never get through it. As the exam date drew closer, I began to feel very confident about my preparation, and from the very first exam question - I knew that my preparation was dead on accurate. There was not one single question, that I was not fully prepared to answer. At the end of the exam, I was singing praises to you for the EXCELLENT mock exam preparation, and to John Wyka for the AMAZING PassXFlash flash cards.

I am of course keeping my fingers crossed for a positive outcome, but I feel awfully good about my performance in the exam. I'll certainly let you know about the results.

Hi Dean,
It has been a long time since we talked. Since I failed last January CSE '08. I took the September CSE.
I've got my letter from CAB yesterday and guess what 'I passed'.
I thank you much. Your seminar was an eye opening event to me. I thought I was not going to be out of this big hole.

Hey Dean,

I passed the CSE! This was my third time taking the exam. On the first two exams my score was nowhere near the passing requirement. After taking your seminar, studying and reviewing the PassxFlash cards I did soo much better. Thanks -- I"ll make sure I tell my friends about you.

"My friends and family consider me to be one of the most dedicated people they know when it comes to going after my goals, one of them being an Architect. Although I will always buy every book and study everything I can get my hands on for the Architecture Exams, the only way I was able to pass the Orals was with the help of Dean Lee. I studied all the suggested materials + additional books, notes from friends, attended other seminars, and were even passed along notes from Dean's seminar that I was not able to attend before my test. All that work ended up as a failing effort the first time around. I was completely blindsided with this result because I felt extremely well prepared coming out of that test.
