1. What payment methods do you accept?
   I accept personal checks and money orders.
2. Do you provide a receipt?
   Yes, I provide a receipt via email once your check clears. If you send a money order, I will send you a receipt immediately.
3. Can I attend just one day of your seminar?
   Unfortunately, Dean's seminar typically fills up and has a waiting list since Dean only allows sixteen attendees per seminar. Thus, if you want to take Dean's seminar, you must attend both days.
4. Do you offer any other seminars for any of the ARE tests?
   In addition to his full-time job and his special emphasis on the oral examination, Dean does not have time to hold seminars on any of the other exams.
5. What do I need to bring to the seminar?
   You should bring a notebook, pen and money for lunch.
6. What is your cancellation policy?
   You can cancel 7 days prior to the seminar without penalty, but after that, there will be a charge of $100.
7. What if I have questions prior to or after the seminar?
   Please contact us and allow five business days for Dean to respond.
